I did not see a phone number on your Contact info page.
Do you offer phone support for your web hosting clients and if so what are your phone support hours and what time zone are you in?
Do you offer support via Instant Messaging using any IM client?
What is the average response time for support?
How long does it take to get a hosting account set-up and have PHP-Nuke installed after the payment is made and the domain name is given to you?
Where are you located? Where are your servers/data center located?

I used to offer an 800 service but I am on line so much that I was paying for a wasted service. If the problem is too extensive to YIM and/or email and/or phpbb, then I usually resort to phone. I've been in [public] operation since June 2003 and have a more than 99% uptime.
I prefer that all questions are posted here if it's web hosting related and at http://ravenphpscripts.com otherwise.
Usually w/i a few hours at most and usually w/i minutes.
60-90 minutes. Most of that time is in the transferring of data. The actual account setup is 10 minutes or so.
I am in Kansas and the servers are in Atlanta. |
