What happens after you place an order?

As of 10/8/2003, here is the order process.

You place the order either through the Order button or the PayPal button. Use the Order button for the pre-packaged solutions. Use the PayPal button for customized packages after we have agreed on a purchase price.

After I receive confirmation of the order, I will need the domain name before I can set your new account up. You can also let me know the username and password that you would like to initialize your account to. The username is not changable, but the password is.

Once the domain name is received, I will set your account up and will send a Welcome letter to the same email account that you PayPal'd me through. This welcome letter will have all the DNS transfer information, along with site url, ftp, cPanel, etc. instructions for your new site and account.

If you have requested it, I will also install your nuke site for you!

What if I want to pay for my account on a yearly basis?
Also... How much to tranfer an account?

No problem. You can use the PayPal link instead of the Order button and pay 12 months x package_rate plus the $10 account setup fee. Make a note in the comments section about what package you ordered.

When you say transfer an account, I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean to point your domain dns to mine, there is no charge as you handle that with your domain registrar. If you mean to move your oresent web site here, I will assist you in whatever way I can.
