Thinking of making the change, but a few ??'s first

The biggest issues I have with my current server are:

1. VERY slow to post. Meaning, once a member posts in a forum, hits Submit, it seems to take a very long time to submit.

2. Extremely difficult Mod's. Not sure if that's the same everywhere, but the mod's seem to require a PHD. to figure out and install.

Are these issues going to be much different with this site?

Yes, for sure. Read the Reviews and I also encourage you to visit the support forums at http://ravenphpscripts.com and solicit feedback from the Community as to Raven Web Services Wink

Thank you for your reply.

I've been researching and have seen a few other sites hosted by Raven. I'm ready to pull the plug and make a change.

Time is now of the essence because my site is having major issues and I can't register anyone new until this is rectified.

I couldn't send you a message on the Feedback Form in your "contact us" section. Seems to have a glitch. Every time I tried, I was given an error message stating that I'd entered the incorrect security code. Once, maybe, but not 4 times and I checked and double checked each one very carefully. You might want to check it out.

Anyway, I finally sent you a PM as a last resort. I hope you don't mind, but I need to make a change ASAP now.

No problem with the PM and thank you for reporting the Contact/Feedback issue. It has been corrected.
