Question about Pre-Ordering

First off do i need to set up a Paypal account first in order to order your hosting and if so how do i go about that so i can use my CreditCard.

Also why does it say an additional $10.00 for shiping? Doesnt this come straight to Email to get setup or how does that work?

Also i want to pay in advanced for three months and how would i go about that?

-Yes on Paypal.

-The $10.00 is an account setup fee.

Also, what do you mean by setup? Also i want to use the PHPBB boards do you set that up also?

Setup is the actual hosting account setup.not a site setup. If you setup a nuke site the phpbb is integrated into nuke. if you want to use a stand alone phpbb then you can install that or I can for a small fee.
